As all sailing timings will change, you are likely to get a notification about your sailing moving. If your new sailing isn't suitable or needs amending, please call CalMac using their contact page, link below.
I HAVE FOOT PASSENGER TICKETS, BUT I NEED MY VEHICLE
We've received the following information from CalMac.
"Customers with online accounts will be able to amend any existing foot passenger bookings they have to add a vehicle when the sailings are opened to the web on Monday. This is completed by logging in, going to the ‘My Journeys’ boat icon and then ‘Modify’ booking. A customer can also use this function to change sailings, if for example they would prefer one of the new times, subject to space.
For those who have made bookings outside of a personal account (guest bookings), they will be limited to contacting us on 0800 066 5000 to adjust their bookings/add a vehicle."
As far as we know this cannot be amended before Monday after 5pm, but it may be worth a phone call.
MY SAILING STILL SAYS PORT ASKAIG
We have been told that this will be resolved, but are waiting confirmation. CalMac have a lot of changes to make to sailings and bookings, and it is unlikely that it will all be complete until Monday.
The exact times of sailings will be announced on the CalMac website on Monday 25th March, with tickets bookable from 5pm.
