Come along to the inaugural Islay Whisky Vault Open Day in Islay House Square!
The entrance fee will be £10 which will include a tasting glass, lanyard with welcoming dram & lucky ticket which will provide an opportunity to win an Islay Whisky Vault Special Release Festival bottling!
On the day we will be offering a Special Fèis Ìle Release Islay Whisky Vault Single Cask, Cask Strength bottling! We will also have other exclusive Special Release Islay Whisky Vault Single Cask, Cask Strength bottles.
At the bar we will have a large range of old, rare & collectable Islay whiskies for sale along with Islay Ales.
Food will be available on the day including Bridgend Burgers, Scozzese Pizza, & Ma MacKinnon Soup.
There will be live music from local artists including pipe/drums, accordionist & singers.
There will be an auction of special Islay Whiskies in the afternoon with the proceeds going to charity. There will also be a raffle for a selection of Islay's finest malts. The open day will commence at 1pm & finish at 6pm - we hope to see you there!

"Bruichladdich Distillery’s famous Rock’ndaal Festival returns on Sunday 26th of May. We’ll be coming to you live from our distillery courtyard and broadcasting to fans across the world. This year we’ve got a loaded programme packed with music, dance, whisky, gin and so much more. A festival like no other.

Live Music - Bruichladdich stalwarts Tide Lines return to headline this years Rock’ndaal alongside a brand new lineup, including Scottish rock duo, Saint Phnx, the genre-bending Talisk, and Islay locals Ciara MacTaggart and Shane MacKinnon among others."

Come and Join us to celebrate our 20th Year in our new brewery!

 Our Open Day is on the Monday 27th May and will be from 10am until 6pm at our new brewery site at The Brewery, Glenegedale!

General entry is free, and we will also have two sessions of our ‘Beer with the Brewer’ tour and tasting for £10. First session at 11am (click here for tickets) and second session at 3pm (click here for tickets) .

This will include a tour of the brewery and tasting of our core beer range (tasting is free). The two sessions will last for 1 hour and you get a Fèis Ìle goblet to use during the session and to take away with you.

We are also planning a brewery quiz, with prizes of different sizes of cases of beer. Times tbc

t’s almost time to throw open our gates once again, pull out some of our finest drams, and celebrate Fèis Ìle with friends old and new. Join us in the distillery yard on the shores of Loch Indaal as we unlock the spirit of Bowmore and Islay.

Our distillery open day will kick off at 10am on Wednesday 29th May and we will have a range of captivating experiences and tastings taking place within the distillery grounds. Our musical guests, CORRA and ATLANTIC REEL will be entertaining us with a mix of traditional Scottish music and rock and pop covers, and our Bowmore bar will be open and serving a selection of delicious whiskies and cocktails! This year, festivities for Ardbeg Day take a show-stopping turn at the Distillery and around the world, as we mark the occasion with one of our most eclectic experiments to date – Ardbeg Spectacular.
