Celtic Cousins Tasting
Across seas and channels, firths and lochs, we are united with our Irish and Welsh cousins in the Celtic Kinship. With each being a whisky-producing country, there are plenty of drams to sample!
For this tasting, we have selected three drams – one from each Celtic place – to explore the connections and Kinships between Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. We’ll dive into a discussion of our social and historical relationships through the lens of whisky.
The tasting will be joined by Islay Whisky Academy Kinship Member Cerys Knighton, presenting Penderyn, “Hiraeth”, and Ned Gahan Head Distiller, presenting Waterford.
