We’ll have unmissable live music from Trail West (3pm and 5pm), Donnie MacKinnon and Friends (12pm and 2pm), and Rhuvaal (1pm and 4pm)!

Guests will be treated to island produce from local partners Islay Oyster Shed and Copper Still Coffee, alongside street food from the mainland provided by Buffalo Truck and Pizza Geeks.

All perfectly paired with a dram of Lagavulin or one of our famous cocktails - come down and enjoy a Lagavulin Spicy Margarita or a Smoky Cokey in the sun!

Come along to Islay Whisky Vault's Open Day in Islay House Square, Bridgend.
We will proudly launch bottles from our specially selected cask for Fèis Ìle 2025 and a range of exclusive Islay Whisky Vault single cask bottlings.
The £12 entrance fee includes a tasting glass, lanyard, welcome dram & a lucky ticket number, giving you a chance to win a bottle of our newly released Fèis Ìle 2025 bottling.
Visit our fully stocked bar where we have an amazing range of old, rare & unique Islay whiskies which can be savoured in the relaxed atmosphere of our cosy lounge & tasting areas. If you enjoy an ale with your dram, Islay Ales will also available.
The day will run from 12noon to 6pm & there will be amazing live music from Reely Jiggered & local artists. On the food front, there will be Burgers from Bridgend Hotel, Scozzese Pizzas & soup from Ma MacKinnon.
Come prepared to bid at an auction of bottles from the Vaults stock & take part in a grand raffle with the opportunity to win a collection of Islay Whiskies. All proceeds will be split 50/50 between the local RNLI & a Cancer charity.
Children are welcome in the Square and are free of charge, but unfortunately cannot enter the shop or bar.

Nathan Evans & The Saint Phnx Band lead the way at Rock'ndaal 2025, with Valtos, Beluga Lagoon, Trail West and Cammy Barnes completing the fully Scottish lineup. Consider your weekend sorted.

EXPLORE THE DISTILLERY

Entry to the distillery on Fèis Day is free! Production areas will be open and operational, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our whisky. Our team will be on hand to share insights and answer all your Kilchoman questions.
Still House – Enjoy a dram of Machir Bay while learning about the mashing, fermentation and distillation process. Take the opportunity to ask the team all your questions.
Malt Floor – Discover traditional floor malting, learn more about peat, see the kiln, and sample a dram of 100% Islay whisky which has been produced from barley grown on our farm and malted on that very floor. We might even rope you into lending a hand preparing the next batch!
Warehouse No.3 – Explore one of our traditional dunnage warehouses, take a photo with Cask No.1, and enjoy a dram of Sanaig whilst chatting to the team about our maturation and the cask types currently in the warehouses at Kilchoman.
Open Tastings – Short guided tastings of four selected whiskies will be available throughout the day (tickets available at the bar).
Barley Fields – Check out the 2025 barley varieties growing in the fields as you make your way down the drive to the distillery.

Join the amazing Jarad Towan Trio for an unforgettable evening of Scottish song.
Raised in Stranraer on a diet of Robert Burns and Harry Lauder, Jarad Rowan is a Scots balladeer for the 21st century. His love for traditional Scottish song began in childhood, however it was during the pandemic that Rowan found his audience, amassing over half a million followers off the back of his home recorded renditions of the songs he grew up with.
On his debut album Jarad takes the tartan anthems of days gone by and shocks them to life with foot-stomping, ceilidh-bangers, creating singalong folk and trad anthems for the modern era. His magnetic charisma and bold, rich voice have won over audiences all around Scotland from pub stages to festival headlines.
